At DASCO Storage Solutions we pride ourselves on delivering the best products, along with top-notch customer service. We are industry leaders, providing secure storage solutions for weapons, evidence, electronics, and sensitive files for militaries, law enforcement agencies, government departments, and private businesses around the world. Established in 1963, our head office is located in Ontario, Canada. This full-service facility is where we design, engineer, and manufacture every detail of our storage solutions.  Our experienced engineers focus on developing highly customizable products suitable for a variety of applications.

PAINTING
PRODUCTS

DASCO’s modern powder-coat paint line doesn’t emit any chemicals or fumes. We also use re-claim vacuums to collect excess paint to reuse. We ensure that our paint procedure is the best for our products, users and the planet.

Packaging
for Shipment

We ship thousands of products a year, so you can imagine how much cardboard is used for shipping. That’s why DASCO only purchases packaging cardboard that contains a minimum of 95% recycled material.

Recycling
Scrap Metal

We recycle all of our scrap metal. Cutting, stamping and manufacturing steel can create a lot of scrap metal. Conveyors are installed on all necessary machines to collect and move scrap metal to collection bins, so no scrap steel is discarded.

[ Our Warranty Statements ]

Dasco General Warranty Statement

DASCO Storage Solutions warrants its products to be free from defects of workmanship and material for 15 years from date of possession. Our responsibility shall be limited to repair or replace without charge. We will be responsible for transportation costs if product is deemed under warranty. It is our option, however, to void this warranty if we feel the product has been subjected to mishandling or abuse or used for a purpose other than it was designed.

Dasco E-Locker Warranty Statement

DASCO Storage Solutions warrants E-Lockers to be free from defects of workmanship and material for 3 years from date of purchase and a 3 year license agreement. DASCO will be responsible for reasonable transportation costs of products or part(s) to and from our designated repair facility if product or part is deemed under warranty. It is our option, however, to void this warranty if we feel the product has been subjected to mishandling or abuse or used for a purpose other that which it was designed.

[ Ordering, Delivery, and Returns ]

Ordering Storage Solutions

Orders require an authorized and signed purchase order via email or hard copy sent to DASCO Storage Solutions. Upon receipt of the purchase order, DASCO will provide a confirmation with a product description, color, price and expected shipment date for customer approval and records.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment shall be made in net 30 days from the invoice date.

Delivery

DASCO Storage Solutions strives to manufacture and ship orders within 20-25 business days from the date the order is received. Due to factors beyond our control such as peak periods, large volume orders or customization, the shipping time may be extended. In these situations, DASCO representatives will communicate any delays and/or changes.

Returning Storage Solutions

All returns must have prior authorization from DASCO Storage Solutions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from DASCO. DASCO will supply an RMA number that must accompany the shipment upon return. DASCO reserves the right to charge re-stocking and/or freight fees for returned product that was supplied in accordance with the original purchase order from our customer.
